Sundance Calgary Real Estate

Like Midnapore, Sundance real estate is in a lake community and the two communities have strong ties. Most of the homes in Sundance are spacious single-family detached and attached homes, but it also has apartments and condominiums. Homes are spacious and luxurious, yet affordable. The community was established in 1982 and has seen huge housing development since.

Buyers have a range of detached single-family residences to choose from, all of which are surrounded by lush lawns and big green trees. Traditional townhouses are also for sale but are not as popular as single-family residences. Although there aren't many condominiums for sale, individuals opting for an apartment-style home still have many options to choose from.
