Britannia Plaza Shopping Centre is also a four-minute drive north of Bel-Aire. BP is a quaint little collection of street-side shops with a small-town feel.     The best way to get around and complete your errands is by car. The neighbourhood also has a reliable public transport system. There are a few bus lines that pass through the community. The Chinook Station is Bel-Aire’s closes CTrain station.

    Rockyview General Hospital on the shores of the Glenmore Reservoir is only a five-minute drive from the center of the community. Rockyview hospital is a large, full-fledged 650-bed hospital that provides a range of acute and outpatient care to over 220,000 thousand patients every year.

    Heritage Park Historical Village is a 127-acre historical park and only a seven-minute drive from Bel-Aire. This is the country’s second-largest living history museum and one of Calgary’s most visited tourist destinations. The third route, which is the shortest in terms of distance, is via Macleod Trail and AB-2 N.
