Bonavista Downs Real Estate — an affordable outer suburb, in the northeast corner of the coveted lake community in Lake Bonavista.

Bonavista Downs is popular with families - thanks to its quiet setting and its location between two lakes. It was the first Canadian community to be built around an artificial lake.

The community is bounded by the neighbourhoods of Queensland Downs to the east, Maple Ridge to the north, and Lake Bonavista to the west. Community association boundaries are Anderson Road to the north, Bow Bottom Trail to the east and south, and Lake Ontario Road to the west.

With easy access to the city via Deerfoot Trail, Anderson Road, and MacLeod Trail, this is an ideal neighbourhood for those needing easy and quick access to Downtown Calgary and the airport. Residents are also a stone’s throw away from Fish Creek Provincial Park.
