As per the community profile of Kingsland from the 2016 Census of Canada, 4,770 people lived in 2,245 private households in the neighbourhood that year. About 75% of the people were between 15 and 64 years old, and 14% were between 0 and 14 years old. Seniors made up the rest of the population.

Developer/builder/history

The land on which the neighbourhood of Kingsland stands today was annexed to the city of Calgary in 1956. The following year, the development of the real estate housing market began. This was when Calgary was undergoing a period of urbanization, and Kingsland was built with that in mind. As a result, this neighborhood boasts all natural beauty, and it has a lot of amenities for its residents.
