  3. Search - We extensively search the market to identify the best homes and options. We do this through use of our MLX / FUSION database tools.
  4. Access - Provide privileged access to ALL homes listed in the data feed, New construction and FSBO where agreed upon
  5. Feedback - Provide unbiased feedback and updates on homes and communities (we let you know the reasons why you should by a home, AND WHY YOU SHOULDN'T
  6. Evaluation - Conduct a comparable market analysis to establish fair market value.
  7. Negotiations - We negotiate to secure your home for the best possible price, terms and due diligence conditions.
  8. Sundry Services - We coordinate relevant services such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.

We also refer to associates to work with when shopping for homes outside our service area or below our minimum price.
