- Feedback - Provide unbiased feedback and updates on homes and communities (we let you know the reasons why you should by a home, AND WHY YOU SHOULDN'T
- Evaluation - Conduct a comparable market analysis to establish fair market value.
- Negotiations - We negotiate to secure your home for the best possible price, terms and due diligence conditions.
- Sundry Services - We coordinate relevant services such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.
We also refer to associates to work with when shopping for homes outside our service area or below our minimum price.
