Overview of the Bellevue Real Estate Subdivision

Bellevue is a peaceful, petite subdivision in the northeast quadrant of the city. The neighbourhood's small area doesn't leave any space for commercial land, but it does have adequate space allotted to open space for recreational purposes. On the southern border of the community there is access to the North Saskatchewan River Valley, presenting more opportunity to get outside and be active. Wayne Gretzky Drive teams up with 118th and 112th Avenues to help locals traverse the city.
