Overview of the Cromdale Real Estate Subdivision
Cromdale is a very oddly shaped community just outside of the city centre. The neighbourhood is such an odd shape due to the fact that the Kinnaird Ravine cuts right through the centre of it. Fortunately, that mainly just means easy access to lots of outdoor recreational opportunities, and fantastic views of the valley. Amenities are readily accessible both in this community, or in neighbouring areas. 112th Ave, 82nd Street, and a close-by LRT Station are this subdivision's primary connections to the rest of the city.
