How do I get to the airport?
Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately 36.5 kilometres north of Discovery Ridge and takes about 30 minutes to reach via AB-8 and AB-2 N.
There is another route via Crowchild Trail SW that would take you 36 minutes to reach the airport, although the distance is shorter (33 kilometres).

Discovery Ridge is a car-dependant neighbourhood, and you will require a car to complete most errands. The community has excellent and reliable public transport, and at least one bus route passes through the community. 69 Street CTrain Station is the closest LRT and is less than two kilometres from the community.
