Grandview Heights Real Estate Map
Overview of the Grandview Heights Real Estate Subdivision
While Belgravia and Brookside may be neighbours to Grandview Heights, they definitely aren't close neighbours. In actuality, Grandview Heights is bordered by the Whitemud Creek Ravine, Saskatchewan River Valley, and University of Alberta Farm. This location, while distant from other residential area, offers residents outdoor recreation at the drop of a hat, and was named for it's spectacular views of the river and creek. Grandview Heights exists on land that was annexed into the City of Edmonton in 1913, but it sat undeveloped until 1958 and for the most part all development was completed before 1970.
