Developer/builder/history
The community of Palliser was named after Captain Joh Palliser, a renowned Canadian Geographer, and explorer of the 1800s. Development of the neighbourhood began in 1967. Until as recently as 1991, the area of Palliser included the neighbouring region of Pump Hill. However, since that time, Pump Hill and Palliser have been regarded as two separate communities. Although both neighbourhoods have the same reputation, houses here in Palliser are more affordable.
