Overview of the Patricia Heights Real Estate Subdivision
Patricia Heights is an oddly shaped community, which is due to the unique topography on it's western edge. Patricia Ravine, an offshoot of the river valley is what creates said topography, and also gives residents access to outdoor recreation in the valley. Shopping is limited within the neighbourhood, however there are two amenity-centres within relatively close proximity.
