Overview of the Quesnell Heights Real Estate Subdivision
Quesnell Heights is a very petite community, and contains under 200 residences. Due to the neighbourhood's seemingly minuscule proportions, goods and services are limited to, well, nothing. Not to fear, there are three large shopping centres accessible to residents of the area, the largest of which is the legendary West Edmonton Mall. In the centre of the community there is an open park space, and the bordering portion of the North Saskatchewan River Valley adds to the amount of local recreational space there is. Main roads are slightly hard to reach from this subdivision. Of all reachable roadways, Whitemud Drive is the most prominent.
